Privacy Policy

This page explains how Swingrio handles information when you visit the site. We keep things simple and transparent.

What we collect

We collect only the minimum data needed to run the site and respond to you.

  • Server logs: when you visit, our servers automatically record your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, and the time of the request. These logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.
  • Votes: if you like or dislike a video, we store your IP address alongside that vote. This is solely to prevent duplicate votes on the same video. No other identifying information is linked to the vote.
  • Messages: when you use our contact or DMCA form, we store the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and do not add it to any mailing list.

What we do not collect

We believe in minimizing data collection. Here is what we never do.

  • No user accounts: there is no registration and no login, so we never store usernames, passwords, or profiles.
  • No data sales: we do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information with third parties.
  • Favorites and age confirmation: your list of favorite videos and the confirmation that you are 18 or older are stored only in your own browser using localStorage. We never see or store this data on our servers. Clearing your browser data will remove them.

Advertising and links

Our site displays static image banners for a third-party adult dating service. These banners do not set tracking cookies. If you click a banner, you will leave Swingrio and the advertiser's own privacy policy will apply. We are not responsible for the practices of linked sites.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete any personal data we may hold about you. Since we collect very little, this typically covers server logs, votes, or form messages linked to your IP address or email. Send your request to menotebo@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours.
